International Freephone numbers and World City Codes work in exactly the same way as other non-geographic numbers, e.g. 0845 numbers, although they allow international callers to contact you in the UK at less cost. Callers pay either nothing or the standard local or national call rates within their country. Inbound call charges apply, from just 3p per minute.
When a customer dials your 0845 number, calls are instantly routed to your existing UK landline or mobile number. You can change this destination number quickly and at any time, either online or using our free iPhone App.
International numbers can take up to 4 weeks to connect. You don't need new phone lines and no engineer needs to visit.
