Routing to UK Mobile

Whilst you can direct your new number to a mobile destination you will incur call charges, these are subject to each network provider.

International Routing

Whilst you can direct your new number to an international destination you will incur call charges, these charges are dependant on the country the number is routed to.

Welcome Message

To stop customers being left on the phone listening to a dialling tone, this feature allows you to setup a professional welcome message and then continue the call through to the dialled number. Your customers then know that you are committed to the call.

Ratio

Choose where you want your calls to be routed to using pre-chosen destination numbers on a ratio basis.

Call Queue

Rather than hearing busy tones, we can queue your calls within the telephone network and connect callers as lines become free.

Automated Receptionist

This feature operates as a professional virtual receptionist letting callers choose which person or department they need using extension numbers.

The call can then be put in a queuing sytem (if this option is available within your chosen package) to each extension number so you don't miss any vital calls!

Disaster Recovery

Allows you to dial one number for instant call divert to a pre-selected number of your choice, so you don't incur any telephone downtime.

Call Whisper

This feature allows the called party to hear a bespoke announcement before answering the call.

This can be ideal if you only have one phone line for home and business calls, or several marketing campaigns containing different numbers to identify where the call generated, highlighting the most cost-effective campaign.

Call Recording

Record your inbound calls automatically or on demand using our network-hosted recording equipment. The recordings are sent to a pre-designated email address and kept in the web portal for 30 days.
